Nearly five years removed from releasing The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, grunge vets Alice in Chains have mapped out a North American spring tour.
The band's 12-date run will keep them on the road from the tail end of April through the middle of May. A lone Canadian stop will bring the band to Toronto's Massey Hall for a performance on May 1.
Alice in Chains bassist Mike Inez confirmed the band were entering the studio in June of this year to work on a follow-up effort to The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, which arrived in 2013.
