As demonstrated with the first performer to set foot on the stage of the Phoenix, the savage crowd in attendance appeared unsatisfied with anything short of the immediate appearance of Cormega. However, the charisma, swagger and stage presence of Toronto rapper Alex Dimez won them over partway through his first song. His set was short but tight, and the energy presented was hard to ignore as he took advantage of the whole stage. Definitely someone to watch for in the future.
