Jon Favreau's new Netflix show The Chef Show features plenty of cooking and celebrity guests, but apparently it also sees said celebrity guests having filmography epiphanies — like when Gwyneth Paltrow learned she was in a Spider-Man movie.
Paltrow appears in the pilot episode of The Chef Show, and when Favreau brings up her cameo in Spider-Man: Homecoming, she is genuinely shocked to learn that she is in the movie.
"We weren't in Spider-Man," Paltrow says adamantly, to which Favreau looks amused and responds, "Yes, we were."
As Favreau pushes the subject, Paltrow explains, "No, I was in Avengers."
"No, you were in Spider-Man also," Favreau tells her.
After explaining their scene together near the end of the film, a light goes off in Paltrow's head and she exclaims, "That was in Spider-Man?"
Honestly, it's pretty understandable given the plethora of Marvel movies that have been churned out in the last decade.
Paltrow is perhaps better known for her role as Pepper Potts in the Iron Man and Avengers series — though she does, in fact, appear in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Watch the hilarious realization below.

Gwyneth Paltrow genuinely did not know she was in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" so this adorable interaction from "The Chef Show" is easily my favorite thing on the internet today pic.twitter.com/lc3VlSs1Hp
