Donald Trump Uses the 'Roseanne' Cancellation to Feel Sorry for Himself
Taking to Twitter today, Trump offered a sarcastic take on how ABC's president Bob Iger apologized to Valerie Jarrett for Roseanne's comments. You see, Donny believes he deserves an apology too:
Bob Iger of ABC called Valerie Jarrett to let her know that "ABC does not tolerate comments like those" made by Roseanne Barr. Gee, he never called President Donald J. Trump to apologize for the HORRIBLE statements made and said about me on ABC. Maybe I just didn't get the call?— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 30, 2018
It's a classic deflection that the president does all too well, though it doesn't take into account the abhorrent racism present in Roseanne's rhetoric.
Roseanne, meanwhile, blamed her racist rant on Ambien. What a world we live in.
