BY Sarah MurphyPublished Sep 19, 2018

It looks like Maroon 5 will be headlining the coveted Super Bowl halftime show slot in 2019.

Variety reports that the Adam Levine-fronted band will perform, though neither the band nor the NFL has made an official announcement.

The band currently has a string of hit singles featuring other artists like Cardi B, SZA, Future and Kendrick Lamar, though it's unclear if any of their collaborators will make special appearances.

Maroon 5's show follows recent Super Bowl performances by artists like Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry.

The Super Bowl is set to take place on February 3 in Atlanta, GA.
