Darkside have returned with a new single. The duo of Nicolás Jaar and Dave Harrington have shared "Ecdysis!," which you can hear below, ahead of their first live performance as Darkside in eight years.
The six-minute "Ecdysis!" was recorded during sessions for Darkside's 2021 sophomore album Spiral, which followed the duo's 2013 breakthrough Psychic.

With any luck, "Ecdysis!" will appear in Darkside's setlist at Primavera Sound Los Angeles, set to take place this fall from September 12 to 18. Further details on the 2022 fest, headlined by Arctic Monkeys, Lorde and Nine Inch Nails, can be found here.
