Car Seat Headrest didn't release a full-length album in 2017, but the Will Toledo-fronted project managed to stay on our radar by promising of Smash Mouth covers, engaging in unexpected rap beefs and criticizing 13 Reasons Why.
The band even shared a one-off new track called "War Is Coming (If You Want It)" in support of trans rights. Now, they've unveiled a new recording of a tune dubbed "Beach Life-in-Death."
The track originally appeared on Toldeo's Bandcamp release Twin Fantasy back in 2011, but it's been spruced up, drawn out to over 13 minutes long and is now streaming on Apple Music and Spotify, courtesy of Matador.
