Having made the most of his 2016 by releasing I'm Up, Slime Season 3 and Jeffrey, rap weirdo Young Thug is now set to round out the year by launching his own record label.
Taking to Snapchat yesterday (November 16), the ATLien revealed his new venture will be titled YSL Records and will presumably serve as an imprint to his current label 300 Entertainment.
Snippets in the Snapchat story, which you can find below, show viewers Thugger's new office with the YSL Records logo emblazoned on the door, a label team meeting and some candid footage of 300 boss Lyor Cohen hard at work.
Co-founder of 300, Kevin Liles, addressed the staff in the clip: "The most important thing I could say to all of you guys, is not whether it was 300 or YSL — look at the guy who committed to us every single day. Always standing 300 with us. [Thug] starting a new venture is going to take us to a different mindset. He's not just an artist in this particular case."
While we await further details on YSL Records, you can watch Young Thug's sneak preview in the player below.
