After "being held up in bureaucracy," Will Currie and the Country French finally dropped their debut album, Awake, You Sleepers!, back in the fall. Now that it's out at last, the Waterloo, ON-based piano pop crew are getting ready to promote it with a Canadian tour.
The jaunt isn't exactly an epic one, as it only includes eight dates, all of which are in Ontario or Quebec. See the schedule below.
If the collective are still as charming as they were when we reviewed them back in 2009, you'll want to mark this one down on your calendar. And hopefully they'll announce some shows in Western Canada and on the East Coast before too long.
