Whitehorse

"Downtown" (video)

Husband-and-wife duo Whitehorse are set to return with Leave No Bridge Unburned next month, and in anticipation of the new LP, they've shared some visuals for album cut "Downtown."

A press release describes the song as "a sharp commentary on city life and the extremes of busyness and loneliness," which is definitely channelled in the new clip. The bustling streets and bright lights of Toronto serve as the setting, while business-attired Melissa McClelland and Luke Doucet frantically run through alleyways and across overpasses in attempt to escape city living.

The new record arrives on February 17 via Six Shooter Records/Universal. Watch the video for "Downtown" below.

As previously reported, Whitehorse have a pile of Canadian dates coming up, and you can see all those here.
