Whitehorse Announce Sophomore Set 'Leave No Bridge Unburned,' Premiere New Video

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 6, 2014

After raising funds through Kickstarter earlier this year to produce a new LP, folk rock duo Whitehorse have revealed that their Leave No Bridge Unburned official sizzles through speakers February 17 via Six Shooter Records/Universal Music.

While the details have yet to arrive in full, Luke Doucet and Melissa McClelland had reported earlier that the full-length follow-up to 2012's The Fate of the World Depends on This Kiss had them hitting the studio with Gus van Go (the Stills, Said the Whale, Hollerado). This marks the first time the outfit has used an outside producer.

A tracklisting has yet to be delivered, but the pair revealed first single "Sweet Disaster" today (November 6) in a new music video. Directed by Ken Cunningham, the clip for the smoky soul-and-folk tune can be found down below. A track called "Pins & Needles" had been premiered in the spring, but it's yet to be confirmed if the song made the LP. A pre-order for the set goes up November 18.

Leave No Bridge Unburned is the first album to be delivered through a new partnership between Six Shooter and Universal.
