Weyes Blood's 2019 album Titanic Rising — her first in the ongoing trilogy that includes 2022's And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow — turned five years old this month. To mark the anniversary, she's shared a brand new music video for lead single "Andromeda," a fan favourite that's quietly grown to be one of her biggest songs.

Directed by Weyes Blood's Natalie Mering, Ambar Navarro and Colton Stock, the video finds Mering playing a trio of characters — a desert-stranded wanderer, a curious astronaut and a meteor-riding alien hurtling toward Earth.

Weyes Blood's most recent album, And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow, came out in 2022. Earlier this year, she appeared on a remix of Caroline Polachek's "Butterfly Net." In April and May, she'll appear on albums from T Bone Burnett and John Carpenter, respectively.
