We Are Wolves Announce 'WRONG' LP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Aug 15, 2016

Montreal outfit We Are Wolves are ready to howl, having just announced their next LP. The indie rock trio will deliver their WRONG collection, their first in three years, on September 30 via Fantôme Records.

The record has yet to be detailed in full, but a press release notes that it will arrive equipped with the group's June-revealed "Wicked Games" single, which is described as possessing "groovy electronic dance rhythms." The record is likewise expected to continue the band's evolution by mixing elements of post-punk and electronica.

WRONG is the follow-up to 2013's La Mort Pop Club, which was the first to feature drummer Pierre-Luc Bégin playing alongside longtime members Alexander Ortiz and Vincent Lévesque. Prior to playing in We Are Wolves, Bégin had been performing with fellow Montreal act Polipe.
