Wavelength Music organizers have unveiled the details for their annual Winter Festival, which is due to take place from February 29 (happy Leap Year, folks) to March 2 at venues throughout Toronto.

For its 24th anniversary, the music non-profit will host a slew of prominent and up-and-coming local artists from both Toronto and Montreal for its annual all-ages concert series. The fest will be headlined by Georgia Harmer, DijahSB and Beams, while Kali Horse, Charles Spearin, Animatist, Big Sissy, Cots, Just Prince, Janette King, Caijo and Love Language will also support.

Thursday night's festivities — which include a panel discussion introducing some of Toronto's newer venues — will take place at Hugh's Room Live. Friday's shows are to be hosted by the University of Toronto's Hart House Music Room, and Saturday's slate will head to St. Anne's Parish Hall in the west end.

"Every Winter Festival, we get excited to kick off the year and bring the community together," Wavelength co-founder Jonathan Bunce writes in a press release. "With our quarter-century milestone on the horizon, it's fun to get back to our roots presenting a three-night festival but also play with the format a bit — and animate three different spaces from the east end to the west end."

This year, Wavelength will make use of Canada's newest ticketing platform DICE.FM. Single-day tickets and weekend passes can be found both there and on Wavelength's official website, where you can find more scheduling and lineup details.
