Marking the new project of XL Recordings' Richard Russell, Everything Is Recorded is throwing us a guest-loaded new track tonight. With Sampha, Ibeyi, Wiki and Kamasi Washington, the project has dropped the new track "Mountains of Gold."
The song comes via a new Nick Walker-directed music vid, which you can soak up below. Along with all those aforementioned guests, it also features Kaner Flex, Mela Murder, Infinite, Hardy Blechman, Quincy Jones and, of course, Russell himself.
Speaking of the track, Russell said in a statement, "'Mountains of Gold' is sound system inspired, you can hear a lot of strong and different personalities and voices in the one song, but the feeling is consistent. Everyone has plenty of space."
