Julee Cruise — the musical voice of Twin Peaks — is looking back at her beloved career with a pair of archival releases captured alongside David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti.

On August 17, Sacred Bones will reissue Cruise's sophomore album The Voice of Love, which was made with the help of Lynch and Badalamenti. On that same day, the label will release Three Demos, a new 12-inch featuring the very first demo recordings captured by the trio for Cruise's debut album Flowing into the Night.

For a taste of Three Demos, you can hear a haunting, synth-drenched version of "Floating" below.

Both of the releases will arrive on vinyl, with the reissue of The Voice of Love marking the first time the album has ever been released on wax. They will also arrive digitally.

A press release explains the following of the history behind The Voice of Love:

In 1992, after the release of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, Lynch, Badalamenti and Cruise returned to the studio with new compositions, as well as the intent to craft previously instrumental score-based material from Fire Walk with Me and Wild at Heart into Julee Cruise songs. The result was 1993's final studio album The Voice of Love.

In a statement, Cruise herself said, "In the studio, David would always say '[sing] like an angel, like an angel…"
