Three years after delivering Lost, Danish electronic wiz Trentemøller has found it in him to deliver some more music. A new album titled Fixion is expected to arrive this September, and he's previewing the release with a single called "River in Me."

A press release doesn't offer up a concrete street date for Trentemøller's next full-length release, but "River in Me" will be given a commercial release ahead of time on June 24 via In My Room. Excitingly, the forthcoming tune finds Anders Trentemøller working with Savages vocalist Jehnny Beth. The collaborative track follows the producer mixing the UK post-punk crew's recent Adore Life album.

"I've been a huge Savages fan since their debut record," Trentemøller explained in a statement. "I met their producer Johnny Hostile at a festival in Paris and ended up inviting him to support us on our tour. Jehnny actually tagged along for some of the dates. Afterwards, he dropped me a line and asked me to mix the next Savages record Adore Life. Jehnny, Johnny and I built a real friendship in the process so it felt right to ask her to sing on my album."

Of Beth's signature vocal style, Trentemøller added: "She has this really intense and unique voice and it ended up being really challenging, and fun, to take that voice out of the Savages' universe and into mine."

At present time, no other song details have been given up for Fixion. A video for "River in Me" will be unveiled in June, when the track will also arrive digitally and as a 7-inch featuring a remix from Trentemøller himself on the B-side.
