Proving there's still life after Sonic Youth, the group's Thurston Moore is once again going it alone for a new solo album. Titled Rock n Roll Consciousness, Moore's new album is now here to stream.
The record follows 2014's The Best Day, along with a live album, book of lyrics and poetry, and even a sonic shoutout to Bernie Sanders (memba him?). Along with Moore, Rock n Roll Consciousness features fellow SY cohort Steve Shelley, as well as My Bloody Valentine bassist Debbie Googe.
Rock n Roll Consciousness is out now via Caroline International, and as such, you can stream it below.
As previously reported, Moore has a long string of tour dates ahead of him, including some stops in Canada. You can see his full schedule here.
