Beyoncé and JAY-Z were honoured with the Vanguard Award at the GLAAD Awards ceremony last night (March 28), and in addition to a trophy, they were treated to a medley of Bey's own songs from none other than drag superstar Shangela.
Shangela bravely opted to perform as Beyoncé in front of the Queen Bey herself, and thankfully, it turned out "Flawless."
Backed by dancers, Shangela lip-synced and danced her way through hits like "Partition," "Bootylicious" and "Single Ladies."
Obviously the crowd loved it, but now footage of Bey and Jay themselves has surfaced, showing the couple giving Shangela a standing ovation (and a "YASSS"). Later, while accepting the award, Bey even admitted that she'd already cried and "put a run in my stocking from Shangela."
