Shangela Slayed Toronto Pride as Daenerys Targaryen

'RuPaul's Drag Race' met 'Game of Thrones' at Toronto's Pride Parade this weekend

RuPaul's Drag Race alumna Shangela was in Toronto to celebrate Pride this week, and while marching in the Parade yesterday (June 23), she proved she's not just a drag superstar and drag mother — Shangela is the Mother of Dragons.

Her love of Game of Thrones is well documented, and it was on full display yesterday as Shangela floated through the parade dressed as Daenerys Targaryen herself.

She sported a flowing blue gown and gold accessories, as well as Daenerys' signature ice blond hair and braids, all while riding atop a massive dragon shooting a rainbow out of its mouth. Shangela even had her own Kahl Drogo aboard the Crave TV-sponsored float.

See photos of the amazing costume and float below.
