Coming off the recent release of their debut LP Secondhand Rapture, Brooklyn pop outfit MS MR marked another milestone last night (May 16) when they made their network television debut on Late Show with David Letterman to perform the album's "Hurricane."
The outfit — MS (singer Lizzy Plapinger), MR (producer Max Hershenow) and a pair of back up musicians — offered up a slowly simmering take on the lite synth-funk single, with Plapinger and Hershenow steadily warming into some dance moves by song's end.
