METZ have been hard at work all year long touring and promoting their sophomore full-length, II, and the noise won't stop in 2016. The band have just announced plans to issue a two-song blast through Three One G/Sub Pop.
The band's "Eraser"/"Pure Auto" lands on limited-edition vinyl and as a digital release on January 22. The physical copies land in a run of 1,000 on green vinyl and can be pre-ordered here and here.
The songs are exclusive to the single and mark the first material METZ have prepped since the release of II. They were recorded with Graham Walsh (Holy Fuck) at Toronto's Union Sound Company, but mastered by Matthew Barnhart at Chicago Mastering Service. It's further explained that these are the latest tracks "from a band that wants nothing more than to punch you in the gut with their music."
