Nearly a full calendar year removed from releasing her Glasshouse LP, Jessie Ware has returned with a new single.
Titled "Overtime," the track finds Ware leaning back into electronic music, with production from Andy Ferguson and Matt McBriar of Bicep and Simian Mobile Disco's James Ford. The track first arrived through Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show last night (October 2).
"'Overtime' is a taste of what's to come," Ware said. "It's been really fun being back in the studio and I'm so excited to share this track. I worked on it with some of my favourite producers; James Ford & the guys of Bicep. It feels like I'm going back to my early days; it's a late night song to flirt to. Whilst I carry on working on new music, I hope you really enjoy this one."
