Jaguar Sun released his psychedelic dream pop album This Empty Town last summer, and now he's back with a new collaborative EP alongside fellow Ontario musician Jesse Maranger. The pair have shared a video for the single "Sunset" ahead of their Blooms EP.

The video is a moody, black-and-white affair with crackly-looking shots of trees, slightly disorienting lyrics, and home movie footage of cats, dogs and summer hangs by the lake. It's a fitting accompaniment for the song, which featuring haunting washes of reverb and sweetly sighing pop melodies.

Jaguar Sun and Maranger said in a joint statement, "'Sunset' is about the right person at the wrong time. The desire that you could start fresh and meet for the first time again while maintaining the underlying hope that you can still push through and make things work. "

Check out "Sunset" below.

The Blooms EP will be out on April 23 via Born Losers Records.
