It's a good time to be a fan of rapper J. Cole. Just last week, the performer offered up a surprise drop of his Revenge of the Dreamers II crew mixtape. Now, leading up to his HBO special, he's shared the first of four mini documentaries.
Cole announced the mini-documentaries on Twitter, explaining that a new episode will arrive each Wednesday leading up to the premiere of his 90-minute HBO concert film Homecoming on January 9.
As Cole explains it, Homecoming is actually the fifth piece of the documentary series. The first four parts will air as part of the online campaign.
The first episode in the online documentary series is called Fuck Money, Spread Love. It's 33 minutes long and can be viewed below.
