Hear the Week's Best New Canadian Music: Feist, Clairmont The Second, the Beaches

Congratulations on making it through the long week back after last week's holiday. No, seriously — Canadian artists noticed! They're keeping us fed and giving their absolute best in return on this jam-packed New Music Friday.

Everything might be boring, but the Beaches always have us on our toes. It's comeback season for Clairmont The Secondthe Dirty Nil and Danko Jones, while Céline Dion also returns to music with the title track from the forthcoming film Love Again.

This week in album releases, we of course have new LPs from Feist (and her multitudes), Kid Koala (Creatures of the Late Afternoon), Kristi Lane Sinclair (Super Blood Wolf Moon) and Bodywash. Toronto's Babygirl also deliver their heartfelt new EP.

Elsewhere, Alanis Morissette does a jarringly faithful cover of the Yellowjackets theme song, and Charlotte Cardin predicts she'll die covered in "Confetti." There's also noteworthy new singles from Slow LeavesLa Sécurité, Wolfie's Just Fine, Mother Tongues and shy kids.

Start the weekend early with The Eh! List below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — all Canadian and proud of it!
