Sceptics will be tempted to disregard much of this as chance radio wave hokum, but a great many of these recordings — utterances from beyond captured during séances and blurts of language and sound caught during personal or scientific studies — resonate with the spiritual eeriness of legitimacy, especially the evidence contained in "Breakthrough," the legendary seven-inch from 1971, included on CD for the first time here.
