Vancouver doom metallers Dead Quiet have announced plans for a tour of Western Canada this June.

Having already mapped out a handful of supporting spots on Mares of Thrace's North American run, Dead Quiet will strike out on their own behind upcoming album IV, starting in Kelowna on June 7.

From there, they'll perform in Edmonton, Calgary (on album release day, June 9), Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Regina and Victoria through the better part of the month, concluding the trek with a hometown show on June 24.

"We haven't left the province as a band since before the pandemic so we are very much looking forward to seeing friends and fans again," vocalist Kevin Keegan said in a release. "Getting to play these new songs and songs from Truth and Ruin, which we never got to play out of province, will be such a pleasure. Looking forward to linking up with our homies in Mare of Thrace for a few of these shows as well!"
