After posting his Chance 3's cover art over Instagram last weekend, Chicago favourite Chance the Rapper has confirmed the mixtape arrives next week. It officially goes up online on May 13.
The rapper had the due date confirmed tonight (May 5) during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he also debuted a single from the project called "Blessings." In addition to Chance and the Social Experiment, the televised performance also features Jamila Woods, singer Byron Cage and a full choir.
You'll find the TV debut of Chance's soul-inflected new single down below.
A full tracklisting has yet to be unveiled behind Chance 3, but it's possible the release could include semi-recent tunes "Somewhere in Paradise" and "Angels."
While Chance the Rapper appeared throughout Donnie Trumpet's Surf, teamed up with Lil B for their Free Base Freestyle mixtape, and spat bars on Kanye West's The Life of Pablo, he hasn't issued a proper solo release since 2013 breakthrough, Acid Rap.
