Blondie and Garbage to Hit Toronto on "Rage and Rapture Tour"

Blondie have roped in some serious star power for their new album Pollinator, so it only makes sense that the band have stacked the lineup for their upcoming North American tour as well.

Blondie will be joined by Garbage on a co-headlining jaunt this summer that's been dubbed the "Rage and Rapture Tour." The double bill will be supported by opening sets from John Doe & Exene Cervenka for the first leg of the tour and Deap Vally for the latter dates.

Canadian fans will only be treated to one stop on the tour, which lands at the Sony Centre in Toronto on July 26.

More dates are expected to be announced soon, but you can see the current list of shows listed below. Tickets go on sale on February 17 at 10 a.m. local time.

As previously reported, Blondie's Pollinator arrives on May 5 through BMG. Garbage, meanwhile, delivered their latest LP Strange Little Birds last year.
