After hinting at the arrival of their sophomore LP late last week, Alvvays have lifted the curtain on Antisocialites.
Sitting at 10 tracks in length, the new record from the Toronto outfit arrives September 8 through Polyvinyl/Royal Mountain/Transgressive. Antisocialites follows the band's 2014 self-titled debut.
Vocalist Molly Rankin revealed in a press release that Antisocialites is "a fantasy breakup arc and my life nearly imitated art." The band have shared a taste of what's to come from the record with "In Undertow." You can hear the album opener in the player below.
Alvvays have also mapped out a lengthy support tour for the fall that includes dates in Europe, the UK and the United States before a four-night homestand in Toronto come December.
