They may have written themselves off as Born Losers, but we think the Toronto-via-Edmonton folk-rock combo of Troy Snaterse and Erik Gric — a.k.a. Altameda — are pretty alright. West Coasters can see for themselves when the band embark on a fall North American tour, which will bring them to seven cities across British Columbia and Alberta.

With support from Seattle's Small Paul, Altameda hit the road starting October 4 in Bozeman, MT. They'll return to Canada for the majority of the remaining dates — with the exception of the tour finale in Seattle on October 14 — playing the Northern in Fernie (October 5), Rossland's Flying Steamshovel (October 12) and Vancouver's 369 Carrall (October 13) in BC and Calgary's King Eddy (October 6), Lethbridge's Geomatic Attic (October 7), Edmonton's Starlite Room (October 8) and Bo's Bar in Red Deer (October 10) in AB.

Tickets are on sale now. Check out the duo's show schedule below.
