James Ponsoldt is set to follow up his films The Spectacular Now and The End of the Tour with The Circle, an adaptation of Dave Eggers' best-selling novel. The film has an A-list cast and, based on its trailer, it looks to be one hell of an exciting flick.
The film stars Tom Hanks as a tech guru in charge of a new social media service. Soon, however, his employee (played by Emma Watson) uncovers the service's sinister underbelly.
In addition to Watson and Hanks, The Circle stars John Boyega, Patton Oswalt, Karen Gillan and Ellar Coltrane.
