'SNL' Gets Adam Driver and Kanye West for Season 44 Premiere

Saturday Night Live is set to return for its 44th season later this month, and the sketch show has just announced the season's first guests ahead of time.

Both Adam Driver and Kanye West will be a part of the premiere episode, set to air September 29 on NBC at 11:30 p.m. EDT.

Driver is set to handle hosting duties, just over a month removed from starring in Spike Lee's BlacKkKlansman. It marks the second time the actor has hosted the show, having previously done so in January 2016.

West will appear on the show as the musical guest, marking his seventh appearance on the program since 2005. It's any guess what he'll play from his recent output, which includes albums ye and Kids See Ghosts, along with a string of questionable singles.

Of course, West's "Big Brother" JAY-Z was the musical guest to open the show's previous season, with Ryan Gosling handling hosting duties.

In between spilling his every waking thought to Twitter, West has recently teased the arrival of a second Watch the Throne LP and new merch behind his recent collaboration with Lil Pump.
