Yet another odd pairing is making headlines today, as the mayor of Flavortown himself, Guy Fieri, has offered to officiate Spencer actress Kristen Stewart's upcoming nuptials with Dylan Meyer.
Fieri's offer came as a surprise to Stewart yesterday (November 4), who received the message that the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives host was down to make things official. The whole ordeal was set up by Today show hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie, who played a video of Fieri to Stewart on-air.
"I heard through the Flavortown grapevine that you are looking for a sweet spikey-haired officiant for your wedding," Fieri said in the clip, adding, "I'm all in!"
Stewart, visibly shaken by the honour bestowed upon her, immediately grilled the hosts for more details and wondered aloud about whether Fieri was joking, as she "absolutely" would take him up on the offer. The reality TV star followed up later on Twitter, confirming the offer was 100 percent "legit."
