Atlanta sensation Rich Homie Quan hasn't released a proper debut album, but the fast-rising rapper already has a big lawsuit to his name, since he is suing his record label for a whopping $2 million.
The suit targets Think It's a Game Records and its boss Fly. According to Quan [via TMZ], he is owed royalties for hits like "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)" and "Type of Way." Fly apparently used some of the money for real estate, and allegedly took $550,000 USD ($722,353.50) from a distribution deal with Def Jam for "Type of Way."
Quan is reportedly no longer with Think It's a Game, although he's still listed on the label's website and social media accounts. If the lawsuit works out in his favour, this Homie is about to get a whole lot more Rich.
Over the past few years, the rapper has delivered a steady string of singles, mixtapes and feature appearances. He recently apologized after a couple of rape-referencing tracks leaked online.
