Future and DJ Esco Bring Out Drake, Young Thug, Rae Sremmurd for 'Project E.T.' Mixtape

Future's purple reign has extended well past the borders of earth, it would seem. The lean cup-cradling rapper has teamed up again with regular collaborator DJ Esco to deliver a new mixtape: Project E.T. Esco Terrestrial. Even better, he's packed Drake, Young Thug and Rae Sremmurd onto the spaceship.

The new freelease is the first full project from Future and DJ Esco since last year's much-banged 56 Nights. As you could imagine, Future handles a fair share of the verses, though he's not the only guy dropping bars on the 16-song release. "100it Racks" is a massive group track that finds the AutoTuned champ of Atlanta sharing mic time with What a Time to Be Alive buddy Drake and 2 Chainz.

Elsewhere, he invites fellow ATL rapper Young Thug to share a few words on "Who," has ear-drumming duo Rae Sremmurd entertain on "Party Pack," and lets Lil Uzi Vert fire off a few lines on "Too Much Sauce." The project also has features from Casey Veggies, Juicy J, Rich Homie Quan, Nef the Pharaoh and more.

DJ Esco, otherwise known as "the coolest DJ on the planet," brings plenty of boom, but Project E.T. also features production work from hyped beatmakers Metro Boomin', DJ Mustard, Zaytoven, Southside and more.

Even without this latest mixtape, it's been a busy year for Future. Back in January, he released the Purple Reign mixtape, and delivered his Apple Music album EVOL the next month. And, as previously reported, he'll be on the road with Drake and dvsn this year for the "Summer Sixteen Tour." You'll find the date and venue details for the North American trek over here.
