Whether or not it will come equipped with a crazy machine gun/bazooka remains to be seen, but pop star Lana Del Rey has officially confirmed the release date for her forthcoming Honeymoon LP. The record lands September 18 via Interscope/Polydor.
Though the full details have yet to be delivered, Del Rey revealed the street date today (August 14) through her Instagram page. The post features a simple message of "September 18th," and displays a Los Angeles street scene in which the singer is pictured on a billboard above a drive-in restaurant.
It's as yet unclear if this is the album cover, but you can see the image up above.
Hype behind Honeymoon has been in high gear this week. A few days back, she premiered the record's "High by the Beach" single, which was quickly followed up with a heavy artillery-toting music video. You'll find the clip down below.
Though the tracklisting has yet to leak, recent Del Rey songs that may or may not appear on the album also include a title track, and "Life Is Beautiful".
Honeymoon follows 2014's Ultraviolence and was produced by Mark Ronson.
