Reunited rock unit Faith No More have announced another batch of dates for their upcoming tour behind Sol Invictus, including a second Toronto appearance that finds Swedish hardcore crew Refused handling opening duties.
Press materials announcing the extra tour dates were unveiled earlier today (April 7) and confirm that, in addition to a May 9 appearance at Toronto's Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, Faith No More will also play Toronto's Ricoh Coliseum on August 7. Refused are booked as the opening act for that August show.
While this is the only new Canadian date, Faith No More have also scheduled a handful of extra U.S. gigs in July and August that likewise find them playing with Refused. You'll find the updated itinerary, which includes a previously announced April 15 appearance at Vancouver's PNE Forum and their spot at Heavy Montreal, down below.
As for Sol Invictus, the band's first full-length in 18 years lands on May 19 through Reclamation Recordings/Ipecac Recordings. You'll find the record's "Superhero" at the bottom of the page.
