The members of shape-shifting electronic duo Darkside may not have readied a follow-up to their 2013 LP Psychic just yet, but the members have certainly been keeping busy. Most recently, Dave Harrington has announced his debut solo EP.
Details are scarce, but the artist took to his Twitter to reveal that the release will release his first solo EP on May 5 via his bandmate Nicolas Jaar's Other People imprint.
The release will be called Before This There Was One Heart But a Thousand Thoughts, and the artwork, at once psychedelic and biological, can be viewed above.
Harrington's not the only one pursuing new projects. Jaar recently shared the first original single from Just Friends, his collaborative duo with Steven Spielberg's daughter Sasha. Hear their debut single "Don't Tell Me" here. The song will get a limited vinyl release on Record Store Day (April 19).
