Now in its 33rd year, Canadian Music Week is ready to take over Toronto from May 1 to 10, and organizers have just unveiled the list of headlining performers.

Following an initial lineup announced late last year, the fest has also confirmed the Jesus and Mary Chain will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Psychocandy with a special show, while Faith No More, Alvvays, Fidlar, King Tuff, Billy Talent, Lights, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Cloud Nothings will also be given prime slots.

Other notable confirmed acts include Daniel Lanois, Kiesza, GoldLink, Humans, John Mellencamp, Ben Lee, Scott Weiland & the Wildabouts, Ron Sexsmith, the Death Set, Magic!, Dead Soft, the Dirty Nil, the Lytics, the Orwells, Twin Peaks, and Whitehorse, among others.

Back in December, the organizers rolled out the first round of performers, confirming appearances by Banoffee, Dune Rats, Redway, Daytrip, Jack and Eliza, Harrison and the OBGMs. Local acts like BEAMS, Birds of Bellwoods, CAIRO, Christian Punk Band, KASHKA, the Lytics, T. Nile and Torero also made the cut.

You can see the full list of confirmed performers over here. This year's fest will host more than 1,000 bands at over 60 venues across the city.

Ten-day festival wristbands are currently available here for an early bird price of $60, though the prices will continue to rise as the festival draws near.
