Regina Folk Festival's Winterruption Gets Elliott Brood, Said the Whale, Connie Kaldor

After an inaugural year in which all performances were sold out, Regina Folk Festival's Winterruption concert series is set to return to Saskatoon promising "a frosty good time," and organizers have revealed this year's mini-festival lineup.

Running from January 19 to 21, this year's musical lineup features Elliott Brood, Said the Whale, Connie Kaldor, Rosie & the Riveters, Danny Michel, Begonia, Northcote, Heather Bishop, Quique Escamilla, Wiliam Prince, IsKwé, the Garrys, Annette, Danny Olliver and Mohsin Zaman. 

A live recording of podcast "Grownups Read Things They Wrote as Kids" and a children's matinee with Fred Penner are also part of the bill.
