Vancouver punk treasures White Lung recently announced their upcoming sophomore set, Sorry. But while Deranged doesn't release the record until May 29, you can get a dose of what to expect from the high-octane outfit through preview track "Take the Mirror."
Vocalist Mish Way had previously said that the new album is "unforgiving but it's melodic," and that's certainly the case here. Between the thundering double-time poundings from drummer Anne-Marie Vassiliou, Kenny McCorkell's trilled-out, pop punk-by-way-of-NWOBHM guitar leads and Way's tuneful, scratched-up shout, it's a speedy sugar bomb of epic proportions.
