Weird Lines

'Weird Lines' (album stream)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jul 4, 2016

Ahead of Maritimes pop troupe Weird Lines officially setting up fans with their self-titled debut album, Julie Doiron and the rest of the crew have put the entire collection up to stream.

As previously reported, the group comprises Doiron, Jon McKiel, C.L. McLaughlin, Michael C. Duguay, James Anderson and Chris Meaney. We'd already heard "Between the Lamppost (You and I)" and "Summer Can," but now you can soak in the regal sax-and-guitar harmonies of the fuzz-blown blasterpiece "Fade in My Heart," the '50s school dance sway of "One Fell Swoop," and the wave-riding summer ballad "Malibu."

Weird Lines' first full-length can be streamed below, courtesy of AUX. The record arrives on July 8 via Sappy Futures Ltd.
