California noise-punk outfit Wavves have always flaunted their love of recreational drugs, from songs like "Weed Demon" and "Post Acid" to the marijuana-smoking cat that's on the front cover of their new album, King of the Beach. Now, the group have decided to pay tribute to their favourite pastime with a new addition to the merch table: herb grinders.
Pitchfork points to a new tweet by frontman Nathan Williams, who posted a photo (above) of the new Wavves-branded grinders. If you look closely, you'll notice the cat from the King of the Beach artwork stamped on each one. They come in yellow, red, clear and blue. Collect all four!
Although there's no confirmation as to how fans will be able to get their hands on the new product, presumably they will be available from the merch table at upcoming Wavves shows. Fans in Montreal and Toronto will have a chance to buy them when the group rolls through town with Phoenix in October. See the full dates below.
