Vancouver's New Forms Festival Taps Oneohtrix Point Never, Inga Copeland, Sinoia Caves

Vancouver's forward-thinking electronic music festival New Forms has been shaping some of the city's weirdest sounds for years. The 2014 edition, however, just may be its best yet.

Organizers have just unveiled the first batch of confirmed artists for this year's festival, and it's quite a doozy. Highlights include performances from Adam Marshall (of Graze), Inga Copeland, Lnrdcroy, Oneohtrix Point Never, Sinoia Caves, and Young Braised & Soledad Munoz.

The lineup's rounded out by the following:

22:22, Arca, Bochum Welt, Brenna Murphy, Cloudface, Cuthead, DJ Earl, DJ Fett Burger, DJ Sotofett, Deebs, Dresvn, Dynamo Dreesen, Finn Johannsen, Helena Hauff, Hieroglyphic Being, Instant Coffee, Jacob Korn, Jared Wilson, Jesse Bru, Jonny Ostrem, Kevin Beasley, Krist Wood, Laura Brothers, Lis Rhodes, Lorna Mills, Metric Tensor, Mirage Inc., Morton Subotnick, Murcof + Ssimon, Gelifus (Anti V), Nicolas Sassoon, Pepé, Rick Silva, Rollin Leonard, Sara Ludy, Scratcha, DVA, Stan VanDerBeek, Sulvain Sailly, SVN, USCO, Visionist and Wen.

New Forms runs from September 18 to 21 at Science World in Vancouver. It will conclude with a free event on September 21 on the Creekside Park, which faces Science World. Tickets for the festival are available now here.
