Having recently unveiled the details of their forthcoming album No One Can Ever Know, emotive Scots the Twilight Sad have announced plans to bring their dramatic sounds on a North American tour.

The trek will begin just a couple of weeks after the album arrives on February 7 via FatCat Records. The band will be coming to 16 cities across North America. This includes two Canadian stops: Montreal on February 28 and Toronto on February 29 (yup, 2012 is a leap year). The trip wraps up with a trip to SXSW in Austin, TX, in March.

According to a press release, No One Can Ever Know was inspired by artists like Cabaret Voltaire, Can, Liars, Magazine, Autechre, and Public Image Limited, resulting in a "dark, synth-heavy sound." Scroll past the tour dates to check out the first single "Sick."
