The album cover for this year's Anything in Return shows an image of chillwave alumnus Toro y Moi (a.k.a. Chaz Bundick) reworked as a colourful drawing. The newly unveiled clip for the album cut "Rose Quartz" takes a similar approach using painting.
The video for this bubbly electronic pop number was created by Lauren Gregory, and it features paintings of Bundick plus some backing musicians performing the song. The whole thing is brought to life by what appears to be a combination of stop motion animation and artful layering.
