Now 25 years into their career, genre-fluid D.C. electronic band Thievery Corporation — helmed by Rob Garza and Eric Hilton — have announced a North American tour to kick off 2024. The trek includes a trio of Canadian dates in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
"Our shows are VERY live, lots of energy, the combination of multiple instruments and singers that take you on a musical journey," Garza said in a statement about the shows behind Thievery Corporation's latest album, 2020's Symphonik. "We have a sitar player, songs are in different languages — it's a multicultural experience, people connect to the band and to each other, it's beautiful."
They'll kick off this slate of shows on February 28 at Toronto's History. After a brief detour to Detroit, Thievery Corporation dip back into Canada to play Ottawa's Bronson Center (March 1) and Montreal's MTELUS (March 2) before finishing the remainder of the tour stateside. It's currently scheduled to close out with a hometown double-header on March 16.
Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday (December 5) at 10 a.m. ET, following a Live Nation presale tomorrow (December 4). Check out the full itinerary below.
