Two years removed from delivering her Loyalty LP, the Weather Station (a.k.a. Tamara Lindeman) is set to deliver a new self-titled full-length next month. Before it arrives, you can hear the entire thing right now.
Out now, The Weather Station runs 11 tracks in length and is said to find Lindeman writing songs "with a vital new energy, framing her prose-poem narratives in bolder musical settings." The album is being called "a work of urgency, generosity and joy."
"I wanted to make a rock and roll record," Lindeman explained in a statement ahead of the record's release, "but one that sounded how I wanted it to sound, which of course is nothing like rock'n'roll."
